About the Resort
Considered one of Belize's "extreme adventure" destinations, Caves Branch Jungle Lodge lives up to its
name in everything they offer. Blessed with a turquoise blue river running along side the lodge and the
lush green jungle on all sides, they are the country's premier caving and adventure experts.
Accommodations are spacious and comfortably furnished,
and offer the greatest opportunity for guests to become
acquainted with and integrated into the rainforest of
Belize. "Open to the sights and sounds of the jungle" has
become more that just a phrase and the guests are
overwhelmed to see the river flowing peacefully by, the
orchestra of birds, and the frequent visit of the howler
monkey's that swell in the thick canopy of the jungle. This

With adventures such as the world famous "Black Hole Drop", a 300ft repel into the ancient sink hole,
the "River Cave Tubing" through immense caves, carved with ancestral legends, the "Jungle Treks" into
the depth of the rainforest that tells tales of Maya and wildlife, "Waterfall Cave Expedition" kayaking
down the gorgeous rivers that nourish the jungle and where jaguar take afternoon naps, or slithering
through the caves that were once the ceremonial strongholds of the Maya and tiptoeing though the sacred
spots where fires burned, and ancient rites were celebrated; all these make up the adventure that cannot
simply be told, but must be experienced.
