Daily Itinerary
Please Note: This Day to Day itinerary can be
changed slightly
depending on the time of year you visit. Additional activities can be added upon request.

Day 1: Arrive in Belize
You are personally greeted at the Belize International Airport by a representative of Adventures in
Belize. Your representative will direct you over to the local airline desk where you will board your
flight to San Pedro. In San Pedro, you will take any taxi from the air strip to Xanadu Island Resort
and they will pay the taxi driver upon your arrival. Check in, then head to your accommodations. It
would be a good idea to head over to the Amigos Dive shop in town to arrange your dive times. Dinner
tonight is on your own.
Being new in town, we recommend that you stay close to your hotel. You are welcome to have dinner
at Rico's, located next door on the beachfront at Banyan Bay Villas. They offer a great menu to choose
from as well as a good choice of wines. Try their Conch Ceviche for the appetizer and for desert - the
Mortal Sin (you will need to confess this!).
Days 2: Two-Tank Reef Dive
Breakfast is on your own - you may want to try having breakfast at the "Monkey Bites Cafe", located
just north of Xanadu. They have a good selection of morning specials. Your trip today will be a two-tank
reef dive with park fees and equipment rental included. Return to the hotel, relax. Lunch and dinner is
on your own. Options for lunch are "Mickey's Place" on Middle Street, or "Pauley's Pizza" - they both
have great lunch specials everyday. For dinner, you can try out "Caliente" located on Beach Front in
the center of town or "Caramba" on Middle Street, they both offer excellent seafood and local cuisine.
Days 3: Two-Tank Reef Dive
Breakfast is on your own - a good breakfast option to try is "El Divino" located at Banana Beach Resort,
south of Xanadu. Your trip today is another two-tank local reef dive with park fees and equipment rental
included. Return to you hotel and relax before dinner, which is reserved for you at Casa Picasso located
near your hotel and is an intimate Spanish styled Tapas restaurant with a great martini lounge.
Days 4: Half Day Snorkel
Breakfast is on your own - we recommend for today's breakfast, trying out "Ramon's Village". This
restaurant is on the beachfront near their totally exotic pool. Their gorgeous surroundings will wake
up that appetite!!
Today’s snorkeling tour is a combo trip to Hol Chan/Shark Ray Alley. Located about 5 miles south
of the island, the first stop is the Hol Chan Marine Reserve which is a spectacular underwater park
that has become the most popular snorkel site around San Pedro. This site has some excellent coral
formations and a variety of colorful fish. The second stop is Shark Ray Alley, just a short distance
from Hol Chan and is the home of Nurse Sharks and Sting Rays. This is your opportunity to reach out
and touch and experience nature at its best! Return to the island in time for lunch, which is on your
own. Afternoon trips can also be arranged in exchange for the morning trip.
Lunch suggestion would be at the "Blue Water Grill" at the Sunbreeze Hotel elevated above the beach
with a great view of the sea, offering a wide menu. For dinner on your own tonight, try El Patio, or
Elvi's Kitchen in town - yum!!
Day 5: Departure
Breakfast at the resort. Check out and take a taxi to the airport in
town for your flight from San Pedro to Belize City for your next Belize destination...
